What Is Anal Stenosis and Strictures*
Anal stenosis is a narrowing of the anal canal. Long-term inflammation in the rectum sometimes causes scarring. Repeated ulceration and healing can also result in scar tissue, as can surgical procedures for hemorrhoids, skin tags, anal dilation, and sphincterectomy. Scar tissue is not as flexible as healthy tissue, and the gradual build-up can narrow and constrict the rectal or anal canal, resulting in a rectal or anal narrowing, or stricture (also called stenosis).
For most people, rectal strictures are caused by one or a combination of these factors: constipation or straining to have a bowel movement, anal or rectal fissures (tears), trauma, weak blood vessels, irritation from constant diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, or rectal infection.
Sometimes the anal stricture develops very gradually, so you think you are constipated rather than realizing scar tissue is blocking your stool from coming out. Straining and pushing to get the stool out can cause more tearing (and as it heals, more scar tissue) along with hemorrhoids, strained rectal and anal muscles, spasm and aggravated nerves, including the pudendal nerve.
The pudendal nerve branches like tree roots all throughout the levator ani muscles (major muscles that make up the pelvic floor) and can become trapped or aggravated. Rectal spasming (cramping) and aggravated nerves will then constrict your rectum even further.

Rectal surgery 23 years ago to remove peri-anal skin tags left me with extensive scarring, added to over the years by fissures, infection, childbirth and internal hemorrhoids. By the time I developed this Rectal StrictureHeal protocol, I had a two-inch length of thick scar tissue in my rectum and was defecating through an opening 5 mm wide - about the width of a tooth. It would take up to one and a half hours to have a bowel movement, and it felt like a mini-childbirth each time.
One of my readers had a stricture that made her rectum so narrow that she could no longer defecate. She was beside herself with agony and having to dig out her stool with her fingers. Her doctor did not want to dilate (stretch) her rectum because he said it would just worsen the problem (this is true).
She had been reading about my experiments with DMSO to treat intestinal stricture and hemorrhoids on my blog, and decided to take matters into her own hands and forge ahead. She used my experimental formula nightly for 2 months. Then she went for a colonoscopy and her doctor confirmed what she already knew - the stricture was completely gone, with no sign that it had ever been there.
She also did my Healing Meditation for Anal Stenosis, Stricture & Hemorrhoids to further assist her anal stricture healing. Remember that you will always experience the fastest results and create long-term healing if you treat all the physical, emotional and spiritual components of your condition simultaneously.
I am still in process with the formula I have named Rectal StrictureHeal myself, but since the opening in my scar tissue has already increased from 5 mm to 20 mm, I've decided to release this protocol for all the suffering people who keep emailing me asking, "Is it ready yet?"
If you're currently suffering anal or rectal stenosis or strictures, then there is a good chance Rectal StrictureHeal, combined with physical therapy, can restore your functioning too. So be sure to listen to your own gut at all times.
Components Of Rectal Strictureheal
Let me tell you exactly what's in the Rectal StrictureHeal formula, and how each ingredient contributes to softening and dissolving scar tissue.
DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) – a natural substance that comes from tree bark first discovered by Russian scientist, Dr. Alexander Saytzeff in 1866. Then Dr. Stanley Jacob from the University of Oregon Medical School discovered that DMSO relieved burn pains and prevented scar tissue formation. He published his results in 1963, and DMSO experimentation and usage and spread like wildfire. It follows logically that a substance that can prevent scar tissue formation should also be able to soften or dissolve existing scar tissue, and DMSO does not disappoint.
Aloe Vera – is antibacterial and antifungal. Used to soothe and speed healing, it counters the “sting” of potassium iodide and any irritation from DMSO.
Potassium Iodide – an antibacterial and antiviral mineral salt also called SSKI, known for its ability to break down scar tissue and cysts. If you use it longer than a month or so, you’ll need to monitor your thyroid function.
Colloidal Silver – an antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal. The use of wound dressings containing silver is increasing due to its effectiveness in fighting antibiotic-resistant bacteria such as MRSA.
